26,000 SF retail buildout. HomeGoods was built within an existing shopping plaza. Our package included new demising walls, 20 gauge interior partitions, ACT ceilings and FRP. Heavy gauge metal studs and densglass sheathing were used on the face of the building.

4,100 SF tenant buildout in an open shopping mall. Victoria's Secret/PINK stores are well known amongst commercial carpenters for their intricate framing and bracing details. Our metal stud framers completed the project on time while holding to their stringent design.
