Looking to become a Foreman at Expert? It is
essential that you demonstrate a complete
understanding and appreciation of commercial
carpentry. A Foreman at Expert would have
worked on all types of commercial carpentry
projects through the years and be able to quickly
read a blueprint and determine the best course
of action. Being comfortable taking the lead and
providing direction on small or large jobs is also
necessary. Another requirement is familiarity
with all aspects of metal stud framing, including
best practices for exterior/interior, heavy/light
gauge, soffit work, acoustical ceilings, and
drywall hanging. Our Foremen wear the tools and
work on the crew production style. They need to
be the fastest carpenter on the crew.
